How ATMs can be Used as a ELECTION   Electronic Voting Machines ("EVM")
If some buddy residing in  some other city and ON ELECTION  DAY  candidate needs to go there place and do the same - So in order to avoid it I have great idea .
My point is why ATM machines cant be used ?? Yes it can be used .
Features :

As ATM screen can be configured as ATM booth Electronic Voting Machines ("EVM")  ..it has to be reconfigured ON THE DAY OF ELECTION . 
Here IS one question raises .. that  How to utilize it ????
Now a days All advanced ATMs hv been developed with Finger print Sensor (Bio metrics ) right ?? when ever a user wants to vote for the same(PARTY) user  must need to go through the THUMB impression to identify the user, By using this technology  even duplicate vote can be identified(detected) like  if any one trying to vote one more time system will automatically detect the same (For this havving adhar card is mandatory for the user)   J

WHAT IS THUMB IMPRESSION ITS ALL ABOUT Biometrics refers to metrics related to human characteristics. Biometrics authentication (or realistic authentication) is used in computer science as a form of identification and access control.It is also used to identify individuals in groups that are under surveillance.


Having ADHAR or PAN CARD  card is mandatory for the same _because Aadhaar is the world's largest bio metric ID system, with over 1.154 billion enrolled members as of 11 June 2017.[3] As of this date, over 99% of Indians aged 18 and above had been enrolled in Aadhaar- it contains all required things of a user just like retina hand pic of the person -  I mean to say that adhar data base has to be linked to ( ELECTION ATM SERVER ) because as every citizen of India having adhar card it contains the data of retina scanning & user identification ,  I say everything , it will help  the system to verify the same .

      ADVANTAGES OF THIS –  Thosse who are residing in some other city's they dont need to travel far away user can vote from  any where .This offer the convenience of multiple locations. You can vote at any bank that is part of the system to which your adhar or pancard card is linked. ATMs are faster than going to there locations—no long lines.
  •          We can minimize Election booths as well .
  •          Any one can vote from any location in the india .
  •          ATMS can not be hacked because it secured with high security
  •          best way to avoid fraud
  FOR ATMS  HIGH ONLINE  DATA SECURITY HAS BEEN PROVIDED  NO ONE CAN   HACK IT AS WELL  .
    I say govt of india doo spend lot of money on Indian Election so i suggest them TO ADOPT THIS TECHNOLOGY -  they can take contracts from ATM manufacturing companies like NCR & Diebold nixdorf in india for the same . this would be more help full for Indian citizens .
